If you’re a Veteran with a referral to see an orthopedic specialist, we are dedicated to helping you get the quality health care you deserve quickly and conveniently. In fact, we can usually get you in for an appointment within a week.

Here’s how it works:

Community Care Network - We’re able to provide orthopedic health care for Veterans as a partner of the VA’s Community Care Network (CCN). The CCN was established in 2019 to help expand access to care by allowing Veterans to choose a provider in their local community if certain eligibility criteria are met.

Call Us First - We have a dedicated Patient Service Specialist for Veterans who will work with the VA on your behalf. Our direct line of communication with the VA expedites the referral process. Most Veterans within our service area (near Culpeper VA, Warrenton VA, or Gainesville VA) are eligible for community care and we can typically get VA authorization within a day or two.

Appointment - Once your community care is authorized by the VA, we can schedule you for an appointment. The wait time for an appointment varies, based on a few factors, but is usually within just a few days.

Follow-up Care - As is the case for many patients, your orthopedic care may require more than a single visit. The good news is that the VA authorization you receive to be seen for an orthopedic condition is valid for not only a single visit, but also an extended period of time to cover any ongoing or follow-up care for that condition.

Other Services - Our practice also provides pain management and physical therapy services and we can just as easily get you scheduled at those clinics as well if you have a VA referral.
