Fauquier County resident Roxanne Sutton founded WJC on the belief that good communications can help build a better world. Throughout her career, Roxanne has partnered with organizations that share a common challenge — understaffing and a misunderstanding about the critical role communications plays in meeting organizational goals and milestones.
