About Us

Aging Together is a regional nonprofit that empowers older adults and caregivers with the resources they need, and helps older adults improve their quality of life as they age. Our signature events and programs for the public include our County Teams which meet monthly and discuss important topics related to older adults with businesses and the public, our Noontime Series online programs, 5 Over 50 Watch Parties, Art of Aging Expos, and Annual Dementia Education Conference
