After completing your registration and payment for the 104th Chamber Gala & Annual Meeting, you will receive a confirmation email. That confirmation will include a link to a brief Entrée Selection Form where each guest can:

• Select their preferred entrée for the evening:
• Note any food allergies or dietary restrictions

Please be sure to complete and submit the Entrée Selection Form as soon as possible to ensure that your meal preference is communicated to the venue.
